Mama Elephant Designer Series - Tiny Heroes

Hi everyone! I'm here and on the Mama Elephant blog today, sharing a simple and fun birthday card I made using their new Tiny Heroes stamp and an old favorite, Up & Away.

I started by blending my background using Stargazer Pigment Ink and adding the Cityscape to the bottom of my card.

I stamped one of the little superhero girls from Tiny Heroes and the balloon stamp from Up & Away on scrap cardstock, then cut them out. I colored them in with my markers.

I adhered the superhero and the balloons to my card using foam adhesive, and stamped one of the sentiments from Up & Away to complete the card.

The position of the superhero was perfect to make it look like she's holding the cluster of balloons, and the stamps work well together to create a colorful and fun birthday card!

Thanks so much for looking!

  1. Very cute card...love the design. I was wondering about the markers you used...do you like them, do they blend or do you just use them for small images. jeandonny2000 at hotmail dot com

    1. Hi Mary-Anne. I do like them, but they are more like office-supply markers than artist markers that I have on hand. No blending, and I use them for small stamped images like these ones :)
