December Daily 2018 // Part III

Hey everyone! I can't believe there are only 11 days until Christmas! This season feels like it's flying by. Today I'm sharing December 4-7 in my December Daily. I've got a lot to catch up on but I'm enjoying the process of putting it together.

December 4 // Holiday Tradition
A simple spread on the left side to document another evening of holiday card making. I used a journaling card from Falala cards no.1 and a filler card from Falala cards no.3. The number 4 banner is from the pack of die cuts in the Festive and Fun kit I designed for Feed Your Craft.

December 5 // Bundle Up
Another simple page for the right side. I decorated my photo with a bunch of snowflake punch outs and sequins and I really like the overall effect. The bottom 4x6 pocket has a flip-up page, inspired by Ali Edwards' Day 3 spread.

The transparency card is an old one from Studio Calico and the washi tape is from my stash.

The flip up card opens to reveal a photo of frost on our hedges. I wrote my journaling on a little circle tag that I adhered on the back of the transparency.

December 6 // Holiday Baking
Today's story was about the cute melted snowmen cookies I made with my sister. I paired my 4x6 photo with a bright green filler card from the Festive and Fun kit. I also included a 3x8 insert on the right side to add an extra photo and my journaling. The Holiday Vibes journaling card is from Falala cards no.3 and its green title coordinated well with my filler card.

I used another number banner to label my day and I opted for some tab die-cuts (included in the Festive and Fun die-cut pack) so that it would be easier to turn my 3x8 insert.

December 7 // Currently
An easy layout featuring a selfie and a festive photo of my mug of hot chocolate!

I was looking for a journaling card to use and found the perfect one in the So Much Joy cards set. There were exactly seven lines for journaling so I stamped little numbers on them with green ink. Then I wrote down a 'currently' list of what I'm eating, drinking, watching, enjoying, etc.

I did some minimal embellishing on my 6x8 page by adding silver washi tape to the edge of the page protector, a 7 transparency, and an old chipboard star.

It's going to be a busy weekend, but I hope to squeeze in time to make a few more pages. Thanks for looking. Happy Friday! xo.
