This is the first day of Mama Elephant's Stamp Highlights, and today we're showcasing the cute new Playful Pups stamp set.
I decided to create a single layer card and I gave the pup a little birthday gift by attaching some balloons from Up and Away to the bone. This card is simple but the festive scene makes it a perfect birthday card!
