For this blog hop, I wanted to play with the beautiful new Water Blooms stamp set. I decided to go bold and bright by stamping the flowers using neon pink ink. I finished it off with some gold sequins.
I cut the front of the card so that it would be shorter than the back part, that way the gold striped washi tape would peek through :)

Wow! What a fun card! I love the idea of cutting the front short to highlight the washi tape...all of my washi is solid in color, so I might have to branch out and get some fun patterns!
