Shop Update

Hi everyone! I'm back this month with the April release at In a Creative Bubble. Since I'm only doing one release this month, it's a bit bigger with eleven new products in the shop. You can see all the new things over here, or stick around for my thoughts and ramblings about the new products down below :)

Paradise

First up, I wanted to introduce Paradise, a tropical vacation themed mini collection! Last year, when I asked for suggestions/requests on designs you'd like to see, several people mentioned tropical getaways, so it's a topic that has long been on my to-do list. This collection includes the usual set of journaling cards and digital stamps, but I also decided to design some cut-apart elements as well as brand new traveler's notebook papers! I'm so happy with how everything turned out, and I hope you like them as well. Here's a closer look at the different designs/sets:

Paradise Journaling Cards
I really enjoyed designing this set of cards and wanted to make sure it had a good mix of filler cards as well as cards with room for journaling. I think one of my favorite 'aha' moments was making that 4x6 card look like a postcard! :)

Paradise Elements
Cut-apart elements are always a fun addition to photos, mini-books, and layouts and I made sure these tags/banners/labels coordinated well with the journaling cards. The circle tags and square tags are all 2" so they'll perfectly fit in 2" page protector slots...I already have a few ideas on how I want to use them since I've got an old vacation album I want to make with this mini collection! :)

Paradise Traveler's Notebook Papers
These traveler's notebook papers are something I'm really excited about because they are a new-to-IACB product! I love the growing trend of scrapbooking in traveler's notebooks, and I've been having fun with my own notebook (though I am mainly playing with the passport size these days). These papers are sized to fit in regular sized traveler's notebooks, but they can also be trimmed down to 3x8s or 3x4 cards or whatever you want to use them for! The old vacation mini I'm working on is 4x4, so I plan on trimming these papers down to that size.

3x8 Size

Next up in the shop are some new 3x8 products! I'm still loving this size and find it to be such a fun addition to my 6x8 mini-books. They make the perfect inserts :)

3x8 Everyday Life Journaling Cards
I designed this set of cards as ones that can be used to document the simple, everyday moments in life. As always, I'm a big fan of simple and clean designs but I wanted to add lots of pops of color to these cards. The little polka dot card just may be my favorite.

3x8 Duly Noted Journaling Cards
This set of 3x8 cards is also one that can be used for documenting everyday moments in life, and I wanted it to be similar to my Recorded series - black & white with basic prompts and lots of room for journaling.

3x8 Everyday Layered Photo Templates
I haven't seen a lot of 3x8 sized photo templates, so I thought this set might be useful for some of you. These are layered PSD files with easy-to-use clipping masks, so you can easily make some photo collages with them to add to your albums. Yay!

Friends and Family

Finally, I designed some new 3x4 cards and digital stamps for this month's release and they're centred around the topic of friends and family! I decided to use the same color scheme for both sets and many of the cards are interchangeable/versatile enough to document any special connection in your life. Hope you like them :)
